How it works

Choose the game and enter the details you used for your account in that game.
Your email app opens with a deletion request addressed to our support inbox.
Send the email. Requests are reviewed by the studio team, who may reply to confirm that the account is yours.

Submitting this form does not delete anything by itself. It only prepares an email request — your request is made when you send that email.

What we ask for, and why

We only ask for what is needed to find your account. According to our game privacy policy, accounts may be linked to a phone number, a Google account identifier and a username — so please give the identifier you actually used in the game.
