Project overview
An inventory-management interface concept designed around clarity, organization, and actionable stock information.
This is a concept created by Ganjina Studio. It was not commissioned by a client.
The challenge
Inventory screens tend to show everything with equal weight. The three products about to run out look exactly like the three hundred that are fine.
Low and out-of-stock items are surfaced at the top, with colour reserved for status only.
Aligned numbers, steady row height and restrained borders keep long lists readable.
Every status pill carries a text label, so meaning never depends on colour alone.
These describe the design intent of the concept.
Key counts summarised above the table.
Items below their threshold are clearly flagged.
Name, code, category, quantity and status in consistent columns.
A desktop-first concept: dense tables need a wide screen. Barcode hardware and supplier integrations are outside this concept.
This project is a visual concept. The screens on this page are design previews, not a working application.
No production technology is listed for this visual concept — the stack would be chosen to fit a real project’s requirements.
